Description
Färdtjänsten inom Region Stockholm upphandlar ett nytt trafikhanteringssystem som ska stödja verksamheten avseende resebeställningar, samplanering av resor samt uppdragsförmedling till taxisystem. Nuvarande system behöver förnyas och bytas ut, dels på grund av livscykelrelaterade orsaker, dels då behoven av ny funktionalitet förändrats och behöver utvecklas. Upphandlingen syftar till att erhålla ett moderniserat, funktionellt och användarvänligt system som kan hantera kravställd funktionalitet och behov.
