Upphandlingen omfattar mötesbokningstjänster kopplat till Säkerhetspolisens internationella besök där leverantören ska, för Säkerhetspolisens räkning, ta fram förslag på och boka samt eventuellt avboka hotell, restauranger, transporter, aktiviteter och andra tjänster. Leverantören ska agera mellanhand mellan Säkerhetspolisen och dessa hotell, restauranger, konferensanläggningar, transportörer, eventbolag med mera.
