Nedan återges innehållet i upphandlingen i korthet. - Upphandlingen avser daglig regelmässig lokalvård samt tilläggs-, underhålls- och lovstädning. Daglig regelmässig lokalvård och underhållstjänster ingår i det fasta priset medan tilläggs- och lovstädning beställs separat. - Upphandlingen är uppdelad enligt följande: Delområde A - grund- och gymnasieskolor Södermalm, 18 skolor ca 103 700m2 städbar yta, Delområde B - grund och gymnasieskolor Kungsholmen, 10 skolor, ca 105 000 m² städbar yta, Delområde C - grund- och gymnasieskolor Norra Innerstaden (Norrmalm, Östermalm), 14 skolor, ca 94 000 m² städbar yta. - Skolor som idag har lokalvård i egen regi har möjlighet att avropa specifika tjänster, såväl som att ansluta skolan till detta avtal. - Det totala värdet för avtalet uppskattas till cirka 55 miljoner kronor per år och 220 miljoner kronor för hela avtalsperioden. - Preliminär avtalstid är 2027-02-01- 2029-01-31 avseende område Kungsholmen och Östermalm och 2027-07-01- 2029-01-31 avseende område Södermalm och Norrmalm med möjlighet till förlängning som längst till 2031-01-31. - Sista anbudsdag är 2026-06-07 - Utvärderingen av det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbudet kommer …
