Description
Upphandlingen omfattar IT-stöd för schemaplanering med tillhörande support- och underhållstjänster samt därtill hörande tjänster och leveransprojekt. Efter krav från EU har ett nationellt kollektivavtal tagits fram där reglerna fastställer att medarbetare ska ges 11 timmars vilotid per 24-timmarsperiod. All dygnet runt vård måste därmed se över och revidera sin schemaplanering. Behovet av ett användarvänligt systemstöd har ökat märkbart och måste tillgodoses.
