ESF-rådet har behov av en fullservicebyrå inom kommunikationsområdet och upphandlar därför ett ramavtal avseende strategisk och operativ kommunikation. Behovet varierar över tid, men rör sig om allt från, strategisk kommunikation, grafisk formgivning, annonskampanjer - till köp av timmar/resursbehov inom området. ESF-rådet söker en leverantör som kan agera strategiskt, kreativt och rådgivande såväl som operativt i ESF-rådets interna och externa kommunikations-, informations- och marknadsföringsarbete.
