Description

Post- och telestyrelsen (PTS) bjuder härmed in leverantörer att inkomma med ansökan om deltagande i upphandling av diarieföringssystem.

Participation requirements

  • Registrering i aktiebolags-, handels- eller föreningsregister eller motsvarande register.
  • Anbudssökanden ska bedriva ett aktivt kvalitetssäkringsarbete i enlighet med ett dokumenterat kvalitetsledningssystem.
  • Anbudssökanden ska ha en etablerad och dokumenterad process för informationssäkerhetsarbete.
  • Anbudssökanden ska ha dokumenterad kompetens och erfarenhet av att leverera diarieföringssystem och visa det genom referensuppdrag.
  • Referent kommer att intervjuas om anbudssökandes prestation.
  • Se lagen (SFS 2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling 13 kap. § 3.
