Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal gällande markarbeten för parkinvesteringar i form av underhåll, upprustning och förnyelse av befintliga parkanläggningar och är uppdelad på ett stort antal arbetsobjekt. Innerstadens parker innehåller en stor mängd värden som är viktiga för människors rekreation, hälsa och för stadens klimat. Att utveckla och förvalta stadens parker ska göras med omsorg och med hög kvalitet. God hållbarhet är ett mål som ska eftersträvas både ekonomiskt, miljömässigt och socialt.
