Description

Nacka kommun ska upphandla ett nytt ärendehanteringssystem för miljö- och livsmedelstillsyn, då det nuvarande systemet (Ecos 2) löper ut under 2025. Det nya systemet ska vara effektivt och användarvänligt samt inkludera funktioner såsom e-tjänster, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), automatiserad debitering och tidsredovisning.
