Upphandlingen omfattade leverans en systemlösning för ärendehantering (Systemet) samt en tillhörande portal som möjliggör att en intern eller en extern person kan skapa, följa och kommunicera i ett ärende. Systemet ska göra det möjligt att definiera och hantera olika ärendehanteringsprocesser på ett effektivt och användarvänligt sätt, både för interna och externa flöden.
