Description

Upphandlingen avser en molnlösning för ärendehantering (Systemet). Systemet ska göra det möjligt att definiera och hantera olika ärendehanteringsprocesser, både för interna och externa flöden. Upphandlingen innefattar också en portal via vilken en intern eller en extern person kan skapa, följa och kommunicera i ett ärende. inklusive utbildning, integrationer, drift inkl. löpande uppdateringar och uppgraderingar av Systemet, support, samt konsulttjänster för utveckling och anpassning.
