Description
En viktig förutsättning för god kvalitet i äldreomsorgen och i socialtjänsten är anställda med god kompetens om sina verksamhetsområden. Beställarna bedriver därför kompetensutveckling riktad till anställda i syfte att höja kompetensen och för att erbjuda den bästa möjliga insatsen till den enskilde. Syftet med upphandlingen är att medarbetare inom Stockholms stad och länet får möjlighet till kompetenshöjande insatser genom utbildning som de kan använda i sin dagliga yrkesutövning och i kontakt med medborgare i behov av insatser enligt exempelvis SoL och LSS.
