Description
Upphandlingen avser en uppdatering av samtliga licenser och mjukvaror för kirurgisk navigation inom neurokirurgi på den befintliga navigationsutrustningen inom verksamhetsområde Neuro, Akademiska sjukhuset. Mjukvaran avser användning på planeringsserver, Curve Navigation Station (2st), Kick EM (1st) och Buzz Navigation (1st), av fabrikat Brainlab. Upphandlingen sker genom förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kapitel 14§ pkt 2 och 6 kapitel 17§ pkt 2b. Region Uppsala har för avsikt att teckna avtal med Brainlab Sales GmbH efter det att frivillig avtalsspärr (10 dagar) löpt ut. För att uppnå full funktionalitet för avsedd användning i syfte att erbjuda patientsäker, högspecialiserad och avancerad neurokirurgi är det nödvändigt att mjukvaran är av samma fabrikat och innehåller efterfrågade funktioner. Denna uppdatering kan endast utföras av en leverantör. Ett byte av leverantör skulle medföra att Region Uppsala tvingades anskaffa utrustning som är tekniskt oförenliga med befintlig utrustning och infrastruktur samt leda till oproportionerliga tekniska och kliniska svårigheter vid operationer, planering, drift och underhåll samt avsevärd kostnadsst…
