5. In summary, the Services comprise the provision of Managed ICT Security Services, to include: a. Installation and maintenance of an on premise SIEM collector b. Collection of data from a wide variety of log sources c. Automated analysis and triage of event data with analyst verification of high priority events to be flagged to the University of Galway IT Security team d. MDR service based on our existing EDR installation on 5,000 endpoints e. Monthly reports on security status and posture f. SOAR use cases g. Incident response support h. Advice and guidance in evaluating new IT security solutions
