Description
Die Universität Wien hat Produkte und Module der Softwarelösung Matrix42 im Einsatz. Das bestehende Matrix42-System wurde an die spezifischen organisatorischen, technischen und universitären Anforderungen der Universität Wien angepasst und dient insbesondere der zentralen Softwarebereitstellung, der automatisierten Beschickung/Provisionierung, dem Servicekatalog sowie dem Software-, Asset-, Vertrags- und Lizenzmanagement. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags über Matrix42-bezogene Implementierungs-, Weiterentwicklungs-, Anpassungs-, Wartungs-, Pflege-, Support-, Health-Check-, Schnittstellen-, Workflow-, Dokumentations-, Schulungs- und Beratungsleistungen für das bestehende Matrix42-System der Universität Wien.
