Description
Nadogradnja informacijskog sustava MOBIDI PEST za praćenje štetnika u Republici Hrvatskoj temeljem Sporazuma o zajedničkom korištenju MOBIDI PEST informacijskog sustava potpisanog od strane Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu, Državnog inspektorata Republike Hrvatske i Ministarstva poljoprivrede. U svrhu provođenja odredbi Uredbe (EU) 2016/2031 od 26. listopada 2016., Zakon o biljnom zdravstvu (NN 127/19) članak 10. stavak 2. točka 12. propisuje da Hrvatska agencija za poljoprivredu i hranu sudjeluje u uvođenju i razvoju informacijskih sustava u području biljnog zdravstva na području Republike Hrvatske. Predmet nabave je nabava usluga nadogradnje aplikacije MOBIDI PEST za potrebe Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva i Državnog inspektorata Republike Hrvatske za potrebe Centra za zaštitu bilja, ustrojstvene jedinice Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu, u skladu s Tehničkom (funkcijskom) specifikacijom, Troškovnikom te cjelokupnom Dokumentacijom o nabavi, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude.
