Die Gemeinde Amt Wachsenburg hat eine Gewerbeimmobilie in dem Gewerbegebiet „GITA“ in dem Ortsteil Thörey erworben. Dieses Objekt, bestehend aus einer Lagerhalle und einem angrenzenden Sozialgebäude, soll als zentraler Standort des gemeindlichen Bauhofs umgebaut werden.Grundstücksfläche: 5.326 m2Nutzfläche / BGF Halle: 1.200 m2 / 1240 m2Nutzfläche / BGF Sozialgebäude: 465 m2 / 600 m2 Baujahr: 1996Im Rahmen des Umbaus müssen sowohl das Sozialgebäude, als auch der Hallenbereich, an die Anforderungen der Nutzung als gemeindlicher Bauhof mit 30 Arbeitskräften, davon 25 Männer und 5 Frauen, angepasst werden.
