Description
Die Gemeinde Amt Wachsenburg hat im Rahmen einer Bauleitplanung das Wohngebiet „Molsdorfer Straße II“ städtebaulich entwickelt. Im Rahmen der B-Planaufstellung wurden Teile der Erschließung geplant. Zur Umsetzung des B-Planes soll auf der Westseite des Wohngebietes eine Ausgleichsmaß-nahme, sowie straßenbegleitende Baumpflanzungen und Pflanzflächen, geplant werden.
