Riigihanke eesmärgiks on raamlepingu(te) sõlmimine, millega Hankija ostab seadmeid, mis vastavad minimaalselt hanke osa I HD lisa 1 tabelis 1 ja/või hanke osa II HD lisa 2 tabelis 1 kirjeldatud nõuetele, hooldusteenust pärast seadmete garantiiaega kuni Lepingu lõppemiseni, vajadusel remonttöid ja varuosi pärast seadmete garantiiaega kuni Lepingu lõppemiseni ja vajadusel lisafunktsionaalsusi kolme aasta jooksul alates Lepingu sõlmimisest.
