Predmetom obstarávania je prevzatie dovezeného odpadu, ktorý nie je nebezpečný, (ďalej len: "odpad"), prevádzkovateľom skládky (úspešným uchádzačom) od verejného obstarávateľa, ktorý je držiteľom odpadu, a to uložením na skládku odpadu a jeho zneškodnenie na skládke odpadu v súlade so zákonom.
