Aanleiding van de opdracht Het UMCU maakt gebruik van een dienstverleningsovereenkomst inzake uitzendkrachten. De huidige overeenkomst loopt af. Doel van de opdracht Het UMC Utrecht wil een raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één leverancier voor uitzendkrachten voor een periode van 3 jaar met 2x de optie om met 1 jaar te verlengen.
