Description
Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping kõrva-, nina- ja kurguhaiguste erialal kasutatavate ühekordsete tarvikute ostmiseks. Toodete kirjeldused on toodud Lisas 1. Hange on jaotatud 29-ks osaks. Pakkumuse võib esitada kas ühele või mitmele osale. Raamlepingud sõlmitakse vastavalt Lisa 2 tingimustel tähtajaga kaks (2) aastat alates lepingu sõlmimisest või kuni Juhised pakkujale punktis 2.5 toodud hanke maksimaalse mahu täitumiseni, sõltuvalt sellest, kumb asjaolu saabub varem. Juhul, kui mitmes osas tunnistatakse edukaks sama pakkuja, sõlmitakse temaga üks raamleping, milles hõlmatakse kõik vastavad hanke osad. Lisas 1 märgitud eeldatavad kogused põhinevad hankija varasemal kogemusel ja ei ole raamlepingu täitmisel siduvad. Hankija tellib tooteid vastavalt tervishoiuteenuse osutamisel tekkivale tegelikule vajadusele. Hankijal on õigus ostetava kauba kogust iga osa lõikes 30% vastava pakkumuse maksumusest ulatuses suurendada, mis on ka vastava osa lepingu maksimaalseks maksumuseks. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
