4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w rozumieniu art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 2488 z późn. zm.) zaciąganego z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu powiatu na 2024 rok oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 27.000.000,00 zł.
