Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego na finansowanie planowanego deficytu i spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 7 074 075,68 PLN Wysokość kredytu 7 074 075,68,00 zł (słownie: siedem milionów siedemdziesiąt cztery tysiące siedemdziesiąt pięć złotych sześćdziesiąt osiem groszy). Okres spłaty kredytu 5 lat (2027-2031) – tj. 60 miesięcy. Spłata kapitału w ratach miesięcznych – w 60 ratach (jedna rata 117 916,68 zł, 59 rat po 117 901,00 zł). Pierwsza rata płatna do 31 stycznia 2027 roku, a ostatnia rata płatna do dnia 31 grudnia 2031 roku, raty płatne do ostatniego dnia kalendarzowego każdego miesiąca. Całkowita spłata kredytu upływa w dniu 31 grudnia 2031 roku.
