Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego do kwoty 5 000 000 zł z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy na rok 2026. Wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia: 1. Postanowienia w zakresie postawienia środków do dyspozycji Zamawiającego. Wykonawca stawia do dyspozycji kredytobiorcy środki w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy (nie wcześniej jednak niż po ustanowieniu przez Zamawiającego prawnego zabezpieczenia kredytu) do dnia 31.12.2026 r. 2. Postanowienia w zakresie uruchomień. 1) Kredyt będzie uruchomiony w ciągu trzech dni roboczych od dnia złożenia dyspozycji. 2) Wypłata środków z kredytu będzie następować na rachunek gminy Gogolin. 3) Do obliczenia ceny oferowanej należy przyjąć uruchomienie kredytu w dniu 30 listopada 2026 r. 3. Postanowienia w zakresie spłat. Spłaty rat kapitałowych dokonane będą w terminach: 29 września 2031 roku w wysokości raty 1 000 000 zł; 29 listopada 2031 roku w wysokości raty 950 000 zł; 29 września 2032 roku w wysokości raty 2 000 000zł; 29 września 2033 roku w wysokości raty 1 050 000zł.
