Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu inwestycyjnego długoterminowego. Wysokość kredytu 10.000.000,00 zł (słownie złotych: dziesięć milionów) z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie inwestycji w postaci nadbudowy nad Szpitalnym Oddziałem Modułowym nowej kondygnacji, na której zlokalizowany zostanie 2-salowy Blok Operacyjny.
