Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Udzielenie Gminie Czersk kredytu bankowego w wysokości 2.500.000 zł na pokrycie części planowanego deficytu w kwocie 8.900.000 zł”. 1. Wykonawca udzieli Zamawiającemu kredytu w walucie polskiej w kwocie 2.500.000 zł (słownie: dwa miliony pięćset tysięcy złotych) na warunkach określonych w umowie kredytu. 2. Zamawiający przeznaczy środki z kredytu na pokrycie planowanego deficytu zgodnie z art. 89 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2009 r. o finansach publicznych (t. j. - Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1270 ze zm.). 3. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać w terminie: do 31.12.2023 r.. Natomiast kredyt udzielony będzie na okres od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 30.06.2038 r. CIĄG DALSZY W PKT II.2.4
