Description

University College Dublin and any wholly owned subsidiaries (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) as a purchasing body for use by University College Dublin. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with S.I. No. 203/2017 - European Union (Award of Concession Contracts) Regulations 2017 (“Regulations”). The competition will be divided into two Lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. University College Dublin invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to two framework agreements, each a (Framework Agreement”) for the supply of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this ITT (the “Services”) for the Lots detailed below for a proposed period of seven years. 1.1.1 Lot Details Lot 1.
