Description
Hankinnan kohteena oli Veikkaus-konsernin tarvitsemat työterveyspalvelut. Hankinnan kohde oli kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, varsinkin liitteessä 5 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus. Hankinnassa noudatettiin lakia julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016). Hankinta on hankintalain liitteen E mukaisille erityisille palveluille asetetun kynnysarvon ylittävä hankinta (terveydenhuolto- ja sosiaalipalvelut sekä niihin liittyvät palvelut). Hankintamenettelynä käytetiin avointa menettelyä.
