Upphandlingen avser leverans av TV-tjänster och streaming till kommunens LSS-boenden, särskilda boenden för äldre samt andra omsorgsboenden. Basutbudet ska minst innehålla följande kanaler: SVT1, SVT2, SVT Barn, SVT24, Kunskapskanalen TV3, TV4, Kanal 5, TV6, Kanal 7, TV8 Kanal 9, TV10, Kanal 11, TV12 Det ska finnas möjlighet att teckna abonnemang för ytterligare kanaler utöver basutbudet för enskilda lägenheter om så önskas. Tjänsten ska kunna användas både i den enskilda lägenheten och i gemensamma utrymmen eller offentliga rum där TV kan visas, exempelvis dagrum och samlingsrum.
