Upphandling av ett för Riksdagsförvaltningen (RDF) anpassat tv-kanalpaket inklusive leverans till RDF:s IPTV-nät samt vidaresändningslicenser som ger RDF rätt att visa de kommersiella kanalerna internt inom RDF:s verksamhet. Följande tv-kanaler efterfrågas: SVT1, SVT2, SVT Kunskapskanalen, TV4, BBC World News samt CNN International. Kanalutbudet ska levereras via fiberförbindelse från leverantören till RDF:s mottagningspunkt. Internetbaserad lösning accepteras ej.
