Description
Elering AS sõlmib mitme pakkujaga raamlepingu eesmärgiga uuendada Elering AS-i perimeetreid ning osta ja paigaldada uued turvasüsteemid Elering AS-i objektidele. Tehniline dokumentatsioon on konfidentsiaalne. Tehnilise dokumentatsiooniga saab tutvuda pärast konfidentsiaalsuskokkuleppe allkirjastamist (lisatud sektsiooni “Dokumendid”). Allkirjastatud konfidentsiaalsuskokkuleppe palume edastada läbi RHR-i teabevahetuse. Hankija tagastab mõlema poole poolt allkirjastatud konfidentsiaalsuskokkuleppe ning avaldab pakkujale konfidentsiaalsed tehnilised dokumendid kolme tööpäeva jooksul pärast pakkuja poolt allkirjastatud konfidentsiaalsuskokkuleppe saamist. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
