Hankinta sisältää Turun ratapihan kehittäminen ja Kupittaa Turku kaksoisraiteen rakentaminen -hankkeessa toteuttavien, vaiheittaisten turvalaitemuutosten vaatimat runkokaapelointien asentamis-, jatkamis- ja kytkentätyöt sekä sekä JKVn vaatimat runko- ja virransyöttökaapeloinnit. Urakan sisältö on esitetty tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.
