Description
Voss herad shall build a new main fire station at Tvildemoen in Voss, with good quality and lifetime. Heradet has an order from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority that a new main fire station must be in place on 1 August 2024. A preliminary project for the fire station was prepared parallel to 2023, which hosted the basis for the announcement of a turnkey contract. Emphasis has been put on environmental physicians and energetic materials with low climate footprint and use wood and solid wood. The development site is characterised by thickets and small forests, mainly pine forests, which are characteristic of Tvildemoen and the surrounding area. The plan area is practised by the three plateaus at Tvildemoen.
