Description

Posten Bring/ Posten Eiendom AS will build a new logistics center in Lyseparken in Bjørnafjorden municipality, gnr/bnr 18/45 etc. The developer will be a property company that will be 100% owned by Posten. The company is currently being established. The properties that Posten will acquire total approximately 110 acres. A logistics building with a floor area of ​​approximately 20,000 m2 and approximately 55,000 m2 of external developed area will be established on the property, mainly traffic areas.
