Freiwillige ex-ante-Transparenzbekanntmachung: Für die Universitätsmedizin Essen soll eine neue Tumordokumentationssoftware inkl. Wartung beschafft werden. Onkologische Forschung und Versorgung sind inneralb der Universitätsmedizin Essen unter dem Dach eines Onkologischen Spitzenzentrums gebündelt. Geichzeitig ist die Universitätsmedizin Essen ein Standort des erweiterten Nationale Centrums für Tumorerkrankungen (NCT West Campus Essen) und Teil weiterer nationaler onkologischer Konsortien, deren besondere Anforderungen bei der Beschaffung berücksichtigt werden müssen.
