Tjänsten är ett helhetsåtagande där Leverantören ansvarar för att Beställaren har tillgång till en modern och fullt fungerande trygghetsskapande teknik för verksamheterna. Upphandlande myndighet kommer att anta en leverantör. Upphandlande myndighet bedömer att upphadnlingen inte är lämplig att dela upp i delar på grund av affärsmässiga skäl.
