Description
Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um einen Neubau auf dem Gelände des Sparkassen-Verbandes Westfalen-Lippe (SVWL) nordwestlich des Zentrums von Münster. Das Grundstück ist westlich durch die Regina-Protmann-Straße, nördlich durch den Bröderichweg und östlich durch die Provinzial-Allee begrenzt. Südlich grenzt das Gelände der Provinzial-Versicherung an. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich weitere Gebäude, die der Sparkassenakademie Münster zu Schulungszwecken dienen. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um ein Gebäude, das in Massivbauweise als Stahlbetonbau mit Teilelementdecken, Flachdach und Fassade mit Verblendmauerwerk errichtet wird. Das Gebäudegeometrie weist eine U-Form auf.
