Description
Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um ein 8-stöckiges Bürogebäude mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 1200 - 1600m² pro Etage. Das Gebäude erhält ein Kellergeschoss mit Tiefgarage, wo eine Technikzentrale mit Wärmepumpen realisiert wird, die aus Rückkühlern auf dem Dach und einem Eisspeicher im Boden versorgt wird. Diese Technikzentrale versorgt mehrere Gebäude auf dem Gelände. (Heizleistung: ca. 500kW, Kühlleistung ca. 700kW). Die Ausschreibung umfasst weiterhin die Heizungsinstallation für das Gebäude selbst. Vorgesehen sind hier ca. 750 Bodenkonvektoren, mit häufigsten Baulänge von 1.200mm, die im 4-Leitersystem angeschlossen werden. Die Installation erfolgt im Schacht und im Hohlraumboden.
