Description
Il s'agit d'un accord cadre à marchés subséquents qui comprend les travaux de création, rénovation, réparation et entretien des voies publiques communales et intercommunales d'Annonay Rhône Agglo. Il fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes entre Annonay Rhône Agglo (coordonnateur du groupement) et les communes d'Annonay, Vernosc-Lès-Annonay, Saint Marcel-Lès-Annonay, Savas, Saint Désirat, Vanosc, Boulieu-Lès-Annonay et Peaugres. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot sera attribué à un maximum de 5 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) pour une durée initiale de 2 ans renouvelable deux fois un an.
