Description
La présente consultation porte sur un marché public de fournitures ayant pour objet l'achat direct, d'électricité d'origine renouvelable dans le cadre d'une opération d'autoconsommation collective, en application de l'article L. 331-5 2° du code de l'énergie. Cet achat direct d'électricité d'origine renouvelable est réalisé pour le compte du groupement de commandes constitué par : -La Commune d'Annonay -Le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale d'Annonay -La Communauté d'Agglo d'Annonay Rhône Agglo -Le Centre Intercommunal d'Action Sociale d'Annonay Rhône Agglo En sa qualité de coordonnateur du groupement de commandes, la Commune d'Annonay est habilitée à lancer la présente consultation. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire.
