Description
L'ancien bâtiment de la mairie de Maromme, une bâtisse du XIXe siècle au beau milieu d'une place tout juste refaite, n'est plus occupé par les services de la ville depuis quelques années, il est nécessaire d'effectuer des travaux de réhabilitation pour le déménagement des services municipaux de l'actuel Hôtel de ville vers des locaux réhabilités de l'ancienne Mairie. Le projet vise désormais la restructuration de l'ancienne mairie de Maromme et l'extension de la médiathèque qui lui est contiguë. Le Projet est reparti en 2 phases : - Phase A : Curage - Démolition - Désamiantage (Annonce n° 24-44281) - Phase B : Lancement de tous les autres lots de travaux, objet du présent avis de marché.
