Description
La consultation est divisée en quatre lots et porte sur la requalification et la création d'espaces publics et de voiries du centre-ville de Denain. Les travaux correspondent à la première phase de l'opération de renouvellement urbain planifiée dans le cadre du Nouveau Plan National de Renouvellement Urbain. Les travaux portent en grande partie sur la création de la future place de centre-ville devant l'hôtel de Ville, ses abords et sur une section des rues de Villars et Duysburgh.
