Concours de maîtrise d'œuvre pour la construction de la nouvelle école Condorcet (8 classes), sur un site localisé rue Emile Basly à Denain (59). Relance suite à déclaration sans suite du 2 février 2023. Les missions confiées seront les missions de base et complémentaires suivantes : OPC, SSI, Sûreté et mobilier. L'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectées aux travaux de 6 820 000 € HT. Le projet vise la labellisation HQE bâtiment durable et biosourcé.
