Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le présent accord-cadre porte sur la réalisation de travaux de reprise de béton et de génie civil pour la rénovation, l'amélioration et la maintenance des ouvrages sur les Bassins Est du Grand Port Maritime de Marseille. Les prestations comprennent notamment les visites préalables, la préparation de chantier et les travaux proprement dits de : - maintenance des ouvrages, - réparations ou remise en état des ouvrages, - réalisation d'ouvrages neufs. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de la date de notification du contrat
