Le présent marché a pour objet la relance du lot n° 1 « Démolition - Reprise - Gros uvre » relancée suite à l'annulation de la procédure déclarée sans suite en application des articles R.2185-1 et R.2385-1 du Code de la Commande publique, concernant la réalisation des travaux dans le cadre de la rénovation thermique du lycée PATU DE ROSEMONT situé à SAINT-BENOIT

- Quality — Critère n°2 : pour 60% correspondant à la « Valeur Technique » de l'offre (noté sur 100 points) appréciée au regard du mémoire technique
- Price — Critère n°1 : pour 40%, correspondant au « Prix » des prestations (noté sur 100 points) apprécié au regard du montant global et forfaitaire total TTC figurant à l'acte d'engagement.
