Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des travaux de réhabilitation de la Maison de la pêche située sur le site de la Marine à Saint Philippe. Ces travaux de réhabilitation consistent à : o Créer des boxes nouveaux pour les pêcheurs o Réhabiliter les sanitaires o Créer une chambre froide et mettre en place une machine à glace o Aménager l'étage afin d'y accueillir les activités de l'association des pêcheurs o Remplacer les menuiseries abîmées et autres éléments relatifs à la toiture et/ou structure du bâtiment qui ont été abîmés à travers le temps. La description complète des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Le présent marché n'est pas alloti.
Award criteria
- Price — Critère n°1 correspondant au « Prix » des prestations (noté sur 100 points) apprécié au regard du montant global et forfaitaire total TTC figurant à l'acte d'engagement.
- Quality — Critère n°2 correspondant à la « Valeur Technique » de l'offre (noté sur 100 points) appréciée au regard du mémoire technique.
