Le viaduc de Carei, tablier NORD (sens 2 PR 220+347), possède 10 travées sur une longueur totale de 520 mètres, et nécessite d’être renforcé. Les travaux visent notamment : - La réparation et le renforcement des deux tabliers est et ouest, de type caisson précontraint, - Le changement des appareils d’appui en néoprène fretté sur la pile P5, - Le changement du joint de chaussée, - Des travaux connexes de réparation d’ouvrage et d’amélioration des accès aux tabliers. Seul le tablier NORD est concerné par ces travaux de renforcement.
