La présente consultation concerne les travaux de réhabilitation & résidentialisation du groupe d’habitations Victoria situé à Saint-André. Ces travaux sont à réaliser en site occupé, soit en présence des locataires dans leurs logements. Après déclaration sans suite des lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 et 8 de l’opération de la réhabilitation et la résidentialisation du groupe d’habitation Victoria situé à Saint-André, ils ont fait l’objet de nouvelles consultations individuelles. Le lot 1 a été relancé dans le cadre d’une procédure avec négociation sans publicité avec les candidats qui avaient remis une offre recevable.
