La présente consultation est un accord-cadre à bons de commande portant sur des travaux de ravalement dans les écoles et dans les autres bâtiments communaux sur l'ensemble de la commune de Saint-Denis. L'accord-cadre est décomposé en 4 lots faisant chacun l'objet d'un marché distinct. Les détails relatifs aux délais d'exécution sont décrits à l'article 1-3 du CCAP.
