Les travaux sont à réaliser sur la totalité du territoire de la Commune de Saint-Denis, sur le domaine public et privatif communal, c'est-à-dire l'ensemble des espaces verts, des routes et propriétés relevant de la gestion de la Ville de Saint-Denis
